🎯 Requirements

Ability to read, dissect and diagnose SQL queries
Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as default problem-solving method
Confidence in building Excel or Sheets-based financial models
Experience owning a recurring financial or operational report end-to-end
Ability to keep sets of models or datasets clean and current
Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
