Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning activities
• Build and maintain customer-specific forecasts incorporating trade spend, pricing, commodity costs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and management reporting packages
• Develop KPI dashboards and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making
• Build financial models for new product launches, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and ad
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate business initiatives and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in FP&A or
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
