📋 Description

• Own monthly financial reporting package for assigned agencies
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and integrity of P&L, balance sheet
• Produce insightful monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports
• Deliver commentary on financial performance, risks, drivers
• Lead forecasting for revenue, margin, headcount, expenses
• Analyze profitability by client, project and business unit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms
• Power BI or Tableau experience advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
