📋 Description

• Act as a trusted Finance business partner to the Manufacturing Team, providing quality, relevant
• Acting as a face of Finance and as a critical friend to the business. Be a storyteller, turning
• Have the ability to convey complex financial information in a concise, non-technical manner
• Lead month-end variance analysis and operational reviews for Manufacturing, providing insights into
• Lead monthly financial re-forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including the development
• Proactively review and develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to find actionable

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on finance experience within a manufacturing - finance setting, and
• Experience in manufacturing FP&A, working with key financial and accounting principles, cost
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advance Microsoft Excel, data manipulation, and ability to build KPI dashboards for middle and
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information
