📋 Description

• Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other
• Occasionally present analyses and provide support to clients.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends.
• Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts, clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office suite, including exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills - VBA
• Skilled in data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas effectively through writing and data
• Organized and detail-oriented, with focus on accuracy.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
