Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance (R&D & Reporting)

📋 Description

• Partner with R&D to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive strategic analysis on R&D, hardware, and AI evolution, including unit economics and ROI
• Translate complex software contract terms into clear financial forecasts
• Lead financial evaluations of new business verticals and create business cases
• Support consolidation and corporate forecasting, coordinate with Accounting
• Automate and improve reports and dashboards, maintain planning systems

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, equity research, investment banking, or related analytical roles
• Demonstrated ability to build ROI, unit economics, and margin/cash flow analyses
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong command of corporate finance principles, monthly close, budgeting, financial modeling
• Business acumen in high-scaling software or healthcare companies
• Familiarity with financial planning systems (Adaptive, Workday)
