Senior Financial Data Reconciliation Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the design and implementation of end-to-end reconciliations for new and existing products and
• Develop and maintain data transformations, enrichment logic, and matching rules that support
• Monitor and investigate reconciliation exceptions, leading root-cause analysis and coordinating
• Build monitoring, alerting, and reporting that surface reconciliation risks, trends, and
• Define reconciliation requirements and technical specifications for new products and funds flows
• Partner with Accounting to support month-end close and audit readiness by preparing timely

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with complex transactional and financial data in fintech or
• Working knowledge of banking payment rails and card networks, such as ACH, wire transfers, RTP
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience developing and maintaining data transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in investigating and resolving
• Familiarity with enterprise reconciliation or matching tools (e.g., Blackline)
• Experience building monitoring or BI dashboards using tools such as Ora, Looker, or Tableau
