Senior Florist (12 Month FTC, 3 days per week)

📋 Description

• Act as our floristry guardian - setting and maintaining our house style across all shoots
• Leading on floral conditioning and styling for ecommerce and lifestyle shoots - helping to
• Lead flower ordering and supplier liaison ahead of shoots, including sourcing substitutions when
• Co-ordinating additional support from freelance florists where required and then overseeing their
• Help set floral seasonal direction alongside the Range and Creative teams for all horticulture
• Design and refine bouquets through our entire NPD process, including revisiting designs once stem

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive floristry experience - arranging, conditioning and styling flowers to a professional
• Comfortable blending hands-on florist work with coordination/admin tasks
• Confident leading and training other florists, the final word on design decisions
• Strong communication and coordination for supplier and internal team liaison
• Comfortable presenting to a group or on camera to support brand and PR activities
