Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Work directly with customer technical teams to understand their workflows, systems, data, technical
• Collaborate with customers and other FDEs to design and deliver production solutions using
• Own significant technical components or workstreams from design and implementation through
• Write production-quality software, including applications, agents, APIs, integrations, data
• Integrate Extreme's products and platforms with customer systems, data sources, APIs, identity
• Build and maintain automated tests, AI evaluations where appropriate, deployment automation, CI/CD

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics
• 5+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation
• Strong hands-on software development experience with proficiency in one or more general-purpose
• Experience building and operating distributed, cloud-based, or enterprise software systems
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data, containers, and modern software deployment practices
• Experience debugging complex software or systems issues and delivering production-quality solutions
