📋 Description

• Design autonomous agentic AI workflows on the Workato platform.
• Build Agentic AI solutions with connectors, workflows, and LLMs.
• Develop prompting, memory, and behavior planning for LLMs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven architectures and RAG pipelines.
• Create scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent decisions.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to deploy tailored AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher in CS/AI/ML.
• 8+ years total experience; at least 3 years on Workato.
• Proven AI engineering experience with agent-based systems.
• Design scalable AI-driven workflows for IT operations.
• APIs: REST, SOAP; JSON; databases (RDBMS/NoSQL).
• 2-3 years coding in Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with integration platforms and cloud apps (Workato, MuleSoft, Workday, Salesforce).
