📋 Description

• Rapid prototyping: build quick demo features for live prospects.
• Engineering presence in the field: speak to capability, integration, security on calls.
• Productionisation: turn prototypes into robust product with UK squad.
• Feedback loop: capture field learnings and feed to Product/Engineering.

• Federal support: work inside FedRAMP and join US on-call rota.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering; proven rapid feature delivery.
• Customer-facing FDE/solutions or sales engineer background.
• US citizen; background check required for federal compliance.
• Based in/around NYC or willing to relocate; US hours with UK overlap.
• On-call: willing to share US federal on-call rota.
