📋 Description

• Lead the technical implementation of Tines' platform within complex enterprise environments.
• Proactively support and train users and stakeholders in the customer at every level from hands-on
• Continuously surface new opportunities where Tines' platform can create additional value expanding
• Serve as the customer's trusted advisor on all things platform-related. Troubleshooting issues
• Build lasting partnerships at every level of the organisation, from daily users to executive

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role: Solutions / Pre-sales Engineer, Technical
• Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable value from complex technical
• Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand
• Strong Python skills (plus ideally TypeScript, Java, or similar)
• Production experience with LLMs and AI systems: prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment
• Ability to train, enable and influence stakeholders across all levels
