📋 Description

• Build and maintain core three-statement and operating model
• Integrate budgets and ensure accuracy of outputs and assumptions
• Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions
• Conduct due diligence and consolidate closed deals
• Drive financial substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
• Diagnose financial and SaaS metric movements
