Use screen readers daily for testing and debugging
Collaborate with engineers to build accessible features
Identify systemic accessibility gaps and implement architectural solutions
Work across the Editing Group to review and guide accessibility practices

🎯 Requirements

Experience building accessible web applications
Understanding of WCAG
Hands-on screen reader testing with VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS
Work in large frontend codebases
Proficiency in TypeScript and React
Clear communication across disciplines
