🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, building and maintaining robust software systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, data structures and operational best practices
• Experience with developer tooling, testing infrastructure, CI/CD systems, or platform engineering
• Experience leading significant software engineering initiatives from ambiguous problem definition
• Understanding of test automation principles across different levels (unit, integration, E2E)
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions beyond immediate team
