Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Experience

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end solutions from React/TypeScript frontends to GoLang and Python backends
• Develop, maintain, and optimize AI/LLM-powered features that personalize learning at scale
• Rapidly prototype new AI-driven capabilities and iterate based on user feedback
• Work with large datasets to analyze model performance, identify issues, and guide improvements
• Turn complex product concepts into robust, reliable AI-enhanced user experiences
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML engineering partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience
• Full-stack mindset across frontend, backend, AI integration, and supporting infra
• Strong ability to reason about AI system behavior, model limitations, and safe integration
• Experience with data pipelines, experiment evaluation, or model performance analysis
• A collaborative, product-minded engineer who enjoys working directly with design and PM partners
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent work experience
