Senior Full-stack Engineer (.NET, AI SDLC)

📋 Description

• Hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join Enterprise Platform teams. Build and improve OPSWAT’s
• Lead architecture discussions, mentor junior/mid developers, and own key technical decisions.
• Drive AI-augmented engineering practices and define guardrails for responsible AI use.
• Prototype and productionize AI/LLM capabilities where they add customer value.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver
• Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex defects, and enforce engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience owning complex features end-to-end.
• Hands-on with back-end (.NET, Python) and front-end (ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Tailwind).
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and judgment on their value.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design principles, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with database design and technologies (SQL, NoSQL such as MSSQL/Postgres, CosmosDB).
• Experience designing, creating, and maintaining REST APIs; proficient with Git/Bitbucket.
