📋 Description

• Design and implement features for the Box Automate platform - leading with backend architecture and
• Develop and optimize backend services that power workflow automation, ensuring high performance
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces in React that enable users to create, configure, and
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and infrastructure to define
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices
• Participate in our on-call rotation - when it's your week, you're expected to be reachable outside

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated expertise in full-stack
• Strong proficiency in Java and TypeScript/JavaScript with a modern framework such as React; deep
• Comfortable working across the full-stack at a professional level - you can build and ship frontend
• Experience building scalable backend systems, including database design, caching strategies, and
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker
• Experience influencing technical direction beyond your immediate team - through RFCs, design docs
