Senior Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and evolve Groove, Spotify’s fullstack platform for planning and collaboration.
• Design and deliver features including initiative tracking and dependency management.
• Work across the stack using React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Google Kubernetes Engine to build end-to-end solutions.
• Partner with product managers and designers to understand user needs and create intuitive experiences.
• Ensure reliability through testing, monitoring, and production improvements.
• Lead complex features across the stack and mentor engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building scalable fullstack applications in production.
• Comfortable across frontend and backend technologies and understand how they fit together to create reliable products.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and modern web application architecture.
• Take ownership of software from implementation through production health and ongoing improvements.
• Experience designing systems and influencing technical direction.
• Mentoring others and clear communication in distributed teams.
