Senior Global Event Manager, Content Operations & Production

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end speaker journey for Global Events from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
• Ensure speakers are prepared, supported, and ready to deliver.
• Lead content operations across flagship, regional, and executive events.
• Manage content systems, agenda data, session metadata, and decks.
• Build clear workbacks, calendars, templates, and readiness updates.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Legal, Sales Enablement, and agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in event content operations, speaker management, or large-scale B2B events.
• Experience managing complex speaker/content workflows across stages and deadlines.
• Experience owning event content systems or agenda-management platforms.
• Experience supporting executives, customers, partners, or internal speakers from onboarding to onsite.
• Strong knowledge of speaker readiness, rehearsals, technical checks, and backstage operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; calm under pressure.
