Develop and execute supply chain strategies including supplier selection.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to align procurement with milestones.
Drive supplier performance via risk management, contracts, and milestone tracking.
Act as a thought leader for structural commodities and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
Experience managing suppliers for aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
Proven track record negotiating contracts and milestone-based agreements.
ERP experience with Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining, forming, welding, and assembly.
