📋 Description

• Lead implementation and integrated solutions on time and within budget
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across business development, capture
• Facilitate outcome- and capability-led discovery, workshops, and decisions that connect business
• Assess current-state practices and guide customers toward a practical future state
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, solution options, dependencies, risks, and
• Achieve Professional Services targets (e.g., Budgeted Delivered Hours, Realization, Utilization)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, professional services, software implementation, or a
• Experience supporting Government Contractors or working within the GovCon industry
• Strong understanding of GovCon growth processes, including pursuits, proposals, contract vehicles
• Experience facilitating executive and cross-functional workshops
• Strong business process analysis, requirements definition, and future-state design skills
• Ability to connect business strategy to practical execution and communicate effectively
