Senior Growth Manager - Lifecycle & Product

📋 Description

• Own local product and lifecycle marketing initiatives end to end, from strategy and positioning
• Lead product marketing and go-to-market programs for priority products, defining positioning
• Develop full-funnel lifecycle strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, high-value customers, and
• Design customer lifecycle, loyalty, reward, engagement, and reactivation programs that drive
• Act as the key local stakeholder for global Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle
• Plan and execute high-value customer events, VIP experiences, partner activations, and lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, retention
• Proven experience managing product marketing, go-to-market, or lifecycle initiatives from strategy
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, retention, reactivation
• Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and tools, with the ability to build automated
• Experience planning and executing VIP engagements, targeted customer events, partner activations
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect lifecycle and product
