📋 Description

• Own membership acquisition, subscription revenue, and engagement growth targets, developing annual
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities that balance member needs, client priorities, and
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Client Success, Growth Operations, and business teams to establish
• Lead omnichannel acquisition and demand-generation programs, developing audience segmentation
• Manage acquisition budgets and optimize channel investment to maximize return on ad spend, customer
• Establish testing roadmaps covering acquisition, enrollment, engagement, and subscription

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, subscription
• Proven track record of scaling subscription, membership, fitness, wellness, SaaS, healthcare, or
• Strong expertise across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, conversion rate optimization
• Demonstrated success achieving ambitious customer acquisition, subscription, revenue, and
• Deep understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, marketing automation, segmentation
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate customer and performance
