• Take ownership of reactivation and upgrade campaigns in CleverTap
• Track funnel performance and flag drop-off points
• Run structured experiments (creative, audience, incentive, or timing)
• Turn what works into documented playbooks
• Keep data quality and campaign tracking clean
• Cross into Digital Lending and carry primary responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing
• Experience in fintech, telco, or e-commerce
• Hands-on fluency in CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Braze)
• Strong judgment and ability to make calls
• Appetite for pod leadership
• Comfortable with ambiguity
