📋 Description

• Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and
• Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and
• Ship AI-driven GTM workflows - prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate
• Optimise our commercial processes. It’s not only about installing Tech & AI, it is also about
• Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data
• Work in a system that's already live. Reverse-engineer existing processes and the reasoning behind

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales
• Clear, proven examples of solutions you've implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact. We'll
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack. You've architected a CRM rather than just
• You build custom integrations, and can wire up a tool nobody at the company has used before from
• Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and
• Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context - prompt and context engineering
