Senior GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain internal tools, services, and automation systems that improve the productivity
• Identify, develop, and operationalize creative data signals that help teams discover and prioritize
• Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations connecting external data sources, Salesforce
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain reliable production applications while applying strong
• Partner directly with Sales representatives and Growth leaders to understand workflows, identify
• Rapidly prototype new ideas, launch experiments, measure business impact, and turn successful

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience designing, building
• Strong system design fundamentals and the ability to make sound architectural decisions for
• Strong proficiency with a modern technology stack and hands-on experience building APIs
• Experience working directly with or alongside Sales, Growth, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or
• Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data, enrichment, automation, or related go-to-market
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect technical initiatives to customer acquisition
