Senior GTM Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and improve quote-to-cash: Map the end-to-end commercial journey, identify bottlenecks and
• Lead cross-functional quote-to-cash transformation: Work across Sales, RevOps, Partner marketing
• Integrate new products and capabilities: Make sure new propositions can be quoted, contracted
• Improve business systems and handoffs: Design better workflows across the commercial stack
• Build operational visibility: Establish the KPIs, reporting and escalation mechanisms needed to
• Own the transformation roadmap: Prioritise the highest-value process, systems and operating-model

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in program management, Business Operations, Program management, Strategy &amp
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programmes with multiple teams, systems and senior
• Strong business systems architecture experience, particularly across CRM, contracting, delivery
• Experience working with HubSpot and Ironclad, ideally designing or improving workflows across both
• Ability to map complex processes, identify root causes and design simpler, scalable operating models
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining operational KPIs
