🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full life cycle sales recruiting experience with demonstrated success in GTM in the
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Deep and current knowledge of Workday ATS and Ashby.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness of one's own leadership capability.
• Ability to build strong and trusted business relationships both in the business and with HR peers
