📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles
• Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what’s
• Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including
• Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else
• Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus)
• Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
• Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
• Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
