📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting across go-to-market functions, including Sales, Business Development
• Serve as a highly proficient Greenhouse ATS user, managing job setup, interview plans, scorecards
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, specialized
• Partner directly with VP and C-level GTM stakeholders to define hiring requirements, align on
• Evaluate candidates rigorously based on revenue performance, quota attainment, deal complexity
• Recruit and close high-caliber Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial experience recruiting for
• Hands-on, advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including setting up jobs, creating interview
• Proven success sourcing and closing mid-market and enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leaders
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales organizations and commercial metrics, including quota
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for both active and
