Formulate test strategies and develop test plans for new and existing products
Conduct tests, troubleshoot, monitor performance, ensure quality control, create documentation
Develop new testing methods and train technicians and lab workers
Maintain inventories, order test supplies, maintain lab test equipment
Conduct root-cause analysis using 8D and drive CAPA
Develop test plans for thermal, humidity, vibration, shock, HALT/HASS, accelerated aging

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Material Science, or Electrical Engineering
8+ years of hands-on technical work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with English
Self-starter with sound technical judgment
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Experience with engineering drawings
