📋 Description

• Analyze, interpret, and explain complex membership, clinical, quality, utilization, and performance
• Own assigned customer and analytics projects by evaluating data requirements, developing analytical
• Identify and communicate customer analytics needs and translate business requirements into
• Serve as a primary analytics point of contact for assigned customers, participating in customer
• Proactively analyze customer-specific utilization, financial, clinical, and quality performance
• Provide data-driven recommendations to internal leaders and customers focused on clinical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline; a master’s
• 5+ years of direct experience in healthcare business analysis.
• In-depth experience analyzing healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, outcomes
• Strong understanding of relational database structures, data management best practices, and
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and open-source reporting tools or packages.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying statistical and digital methods to solve business challenges.
