📋 Description

• Analyze, interpret, and explain complex membership, clinical, quality, utilization, and performance
• Own assigned analytics projects by evaluating data requirements, designing analytical approaches
• Translate customer needs into clear analytics and reporting requirements and communicate findings
• Serve as a primary analytics contact for assigned customers, participating in meetings, presenting
• Proactively analyze customer-specific utilization, financial, and clinical quality data to identify
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve clinical and financial performance for internal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline; a
• 5+ years of direct experience in healthcare business analysis or a closely related analytics
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, clinical outcomes
• Working knowledge of relational database structures, data management practices, and healthcare or
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and open-source reporting or analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical and digital analytical methods to solve complex business
