Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with business unit and department leaders across PLACE Companies supporting the Real Estate
• Guide organizational planning — including org design, headcount and workforce planning, and
• Help leaders translate business and department goals into talent strategies and initiatives
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough, objective investigations
• Coach leaders and managers on navigating HR situations and difficult conversations
• Collaborate with Legal on compliance, benefits, and risk mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner
• Experience navigating complex employee relations issues with objectivity and care
• Ability to coach leaders through tough conversations and translate business goals into talent
• Experience building or governing a CoE-style program (performance management, engagement
• Analytical skills to turn data into insights leadership can act on
• Solid grasp of employment law to keep HR practices compliant and risk-aware
