Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with business unit and department leaders across PLACE Companies supporting the PLACE Title
• Guide organizational planning — including org design, headcount and workforce planning, and
• Identifying people-centric shared services across multiple title entities
• Help leaders translate business and department goals into talent strategies and initiatives
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough, objective mitigation
• Support goal setting, performance review processes, and calibration for assigned business units

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner navigating complex
• Experience building or governing a CoE-style program (performance management, engagement
• Analytical core, able to turn data into insights leadership can act on
• Solid grasp of employment law keeping HR practices compliant and risk-aware
• PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a strong plus
• Familiarity with HRIS tools and performance management tools (ADP experience a bonus)
