Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and leaders, becoming a go-to partner and coach
• Develop a deep understanding of how the business operates to inform people decisions
• Advise leaders on organizational growth, including team structure, workforce planning, and change
• Partner with leadership to advise on how teams are structured and scaled, while coaching managers
• Drive performance improvements, including guidance on expectations, performance, and compensation
• Use data and trends to inform recommendations and drive practical, scalable people solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of HR Business Partner or related experience, ideally supporting customer-facing or
• Experience in insurance or technology sectors, and/or supporting technical teams
• Strong understanding of US employment law and experience managing employee relations in complex or
• Experience supporting distributed teams, shift-based workforces, or global organizations
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Strong coaching integration and communication skills, with experience supporting managers in
