Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with people managers across multiple client groups, such as Engineering and Retail
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development
• Support and implement people programs and processes, including performance reviews, talent
• Analyze people data and trends to find opportunities and recommend practical, actionable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, encouraging open communication and reinforcing
• Manage employee relations matters with fairness, discretion, and partnership with senior HR leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting Engineering and/or Sales teams as an HRBP.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them
• Experience supporting people managers and employees across a variety of teams or functions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
