Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with VP-level leaders within the Revenue organization to execute HR strategies that support
• Advise leaders on people-related matters and collaborate with HR subject-matter experts to develop
• Develop and deliver initiatives addressing employee retention, engagement, change management
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, providing thoughtful guidance and
• Coach managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, workplace practices, and effective people
• Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable employment laws and regulations while staying

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or
• Strong experience developing and executing HR initiatives designed to improve organizational
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, with demonstrated experience managing and
