Navigate employee relations with sound judgment while maintaining a strong employee experience

🎯 Requirements

8–15+ years in HRBP/People Partner roles supporting high-growth GTM
Expertise in organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching, and talent strategy
Excellent judgment navigating complex, high-stakes situations
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal structure
Pragmatic, execution-focused, and deeply collaborative
Ability to influence senior leaders through credibility and partnership
