📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees across assigned client
• Partner closely with business leadership and HR colleagues to align people strategies with
• Analyze workforce data, metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights and support informed
• Monitor business, market, and industry trends to influence talent strategies and help leaders
• Identify talent gaps and work with leaders to develop strategies that address current capabilities
• Coach managers and leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required; a
• 10–15+ years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a
• Strong experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching, and
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed, multi-location workforce is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders while balancing strategic priorities
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data, metrics, and trends and
