Senior HR Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide strategic HR guidance for assigned customers – including strategic assessments + action
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers, educating them on HR best practices and
• Coach and mentor fellow HR Consultants, supporting them in their day-to-day work, and providing
• Balance time spent on customer-facing interactions and on deliverables for customers
• Create HR-related content, tools, and experiences, for external and internal uses
• Work with other Consultants on optimizing efficiencies across the entire team, including the

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience at the HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Employee
• Experience handing compliance across multiple US states
• At least 1 of the following HR certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (If not certified
• Nice to have: Experience in tech, consulting, SaaS, and/or PEO environments; Global HR experience
