Senior HR Controlling Analyst

📋 Description

• Run recurring payroll checks and reconciliations across European markets
• Investigate deviations, find root cause, coordinate resolution
• Define analysis logic, thresholds, and escalation criteria
• Prepare clear check results and findings for stakeholders
• Automate recurring checks to reduce manual effort
• Design and introduce governance processes for payroll monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, business, finance, data/analytics or comparable
• 3-6 years in payroll controlling, HR analytics, or audit
• Advanced Excel/BI and SQL required
• Workday and payroll system knowledge is a plus
• Experience building or improving controls and processes
• Business-fluent in English
