Senior HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Act as first point of contact for employees across the full employee lifecycle, handling questions
• Manage onboarding and offboarding process end to end, ensuring Workday data accuracy for full-time
• Prepare and sign off on freelancer contracts and NDAs, maintain accurate Workday records for
• Partner with immigration vendors to support expat employees with work permits, visas, bank account
• Conduct exit interviews for employees
• Manage employee probation review process; support annual performance review and merit cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or master’s in HR management, Business Administration or related subject preferred
• Minimum 5+ years experience as HR Generalist, preferably in advertising business
• Previous experience in recruitment highly desirable
• General HR knowledge and understanding of local labor law required
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Flexibly switch between tasks, take ownership of work
