📋 Description

• Provide strategic HR consulting and guidance to business leaders and employees, helping address
• Lead and support employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance
• Advise leaders on employment laws, HR policies, regulatory requirements, and consistent application
• Support workforce-related decisions and processes, including hiring practices, workforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR
• Exercise independent judgment when assessing moderately complex to highly complex HR matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of applied human resources experience across multiple HR functions.
• At least 2 years of experience with employment laws and regulations, supported by strong experience
• Experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable human resources information systems (HRIS) and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to prepare documentation
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR policies, corrective action
