Senior HRIS Analyst (India/Philippines)

📋 Description

• Provide second-line support for complex SuccessFactors incidents and service requests, ensuring
• Coach HRIS analysts and other team members, sharing technical knowledge and improving support
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members through documentation, knowledge
• Identify recurring issues, complete root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes that improve
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one of
• Translate business requirements into secure, supportable and scalable SuccessFactors designs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience (min 5 yrs of relevant experience) configuring and supporting SAP
• Deep expertise in Employee Central and strong working knowledge of at least one additional module
• Proven experience with role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, data models, imports
• Experience delivering platform implementations, major enhancements, release activity and complex
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a structured approach to root cause analysis
• A strong understanding of HR data, security, privacy, controls and data integrity requirements.
