(Senior) Human Resource Manager

📋 Description

• Own payroll end-to-end across four entities
• Manage payroll cut-offs, process starters, leavers and role changes
• Answer payroll questions from managers and employees and fix issues before the next run
• Run & own onboarding for every new starter: source & provision laptops and equipment
• Run offboarding, including equipment recovery, access removal and final pay
• Keep performance cycles, engagement surveys, compensation reviews and levelling calibrations on

🎯 Requirements

• A solid understanding of employment compliance in more than one jurisdiction
• A track record of building and documenting processes that scale
• Strong attention to detail, especially where pay and compliance are involved
• Confidence working with Finance on reconciliations
• Clear written communication and good judgement on when to escalate
• Ability to manage competing deadlines without dropping the details
