• Partner with senior Revenue leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Coach managers to elevate leadership, accountability, and inclusive culture.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration.
• Design lucrative sales incentives and compensation plans with Sales Ops.
• Lead with data analytics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal and People Ops on cross-border compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years HR experience with 3+ in HRBP in fast-moving SaaS/tech.
• GTM experience: supported sales, CX, or revenue ops across NA/global.
• Strong change architecture: organizational restructures and prioritization.
• Compensation expertise: sales incentives, titles, and escalations.
• Empathetic coaching and relationship-building across global teams.
• Flexible, action-oriented thinker with ownership of work.
