Senior Human Resources Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for U.S. and Canadian employees and contractors, ensuring
• Manage employee offboarding from start to finish, including access revocation, equipment returns
• Maintain accurate employee records, organizational information, and HR data within the primary
• Administer benefits for U.S. and Canadian employees, including open enrollment, carrier
• Provide basic Information Technology (IT) support related to HR operations, including password
• Own Human Resources security requirements associated with System and Organization Controls (SOC) II

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5–8 years of hands-on Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR Manager capacity
• You are genuinely hands-on and take ownership of execution rather than relying primarily on
• You have strong working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment law fundamentals and experience
• You have proven experience managing performance processes, including difficult conversations
• You are highly comfortable with HR technology and systems and can quickly learn new platforms
• You have experience building and managing onboarding and offboarding processes at scale, including
