📋 Description

• Serve as the senior Human Resources leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning HR
• Develop scalable HR systems, processes, policies, and practices that support organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Public
• 7+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with broad generalist
• Significant experience conducting complex workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change, culture transformation, and organizational
• Experience coaching managers, developing supervisors, and strengthening leadership capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment law, including wage and hour requirements, ADA

• $85,000–$100,000 annual compensation.
